A beautiful beach themed fully finished walk-out basement also has easy access to the pool. The main floor boasts an inviting dining room, kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a soaking tub and tile shower.
In 2022 we renovated the kitchen and enclosed the back porch.

A New Custom Home Build with red siding, stone accents, rustic wood timber frame porch and a concrete patio completes the exterior with a Farm House look.  The interior has an open-floor plan with vaulted ceilings and consists of a kitchen, pantry, living room with stone fireplace, master bed/bathroom with a spacious walk-in closet and fully finished basement.

This 3 story apartment building was a new commercial construction project. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The top 2 floor apartments are complete with small porches. There is also a storage garage out back. On summer days you can enjoy the luxury of the outdoor pool, complete with a patio and a cozy fireplace.

As general contractors, we built this stunning custom built timber-frame home in it's entirety. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and loft are complete with exposed timber beams and wood ceilings. A few unique details are the beautiful curving open staircase, stone backsplash behind the sink and oven and the stone fireplace in the living room.
